Solutions
Sleeve application on various formats
Our machines apply sleeve labels to containers of various shapes – PET and glass bottles, jars, cans, cosmetic and household chemical packaging.

Application types

Labelling engineering
What determines the choice of technology
Before we propose a machine, we analyse the container, the label and the line operating conditions. These determine the choice of technology.
Container geometry
Cylindrical, oval, shaped, conical. Diameter tolerances, waist and embossed areas, stability on the conveyor.
Material and surface
PET, HDPE, PP, glass, metal, carton. Condensation during cold filling, product temperature, contamination.
Label and adhesive
OPP, paper, PE/PP films, PETG/PVC/OPS sleeves. Hot melt, cold glue or self-adhesive, winding direction, core.
Positioning accuracy
Orientation relative to the seam, embossing or a mark. Repeatability of label position and overlap quality.
Output and formats
Target output in pcs/h, number of container and label formats, changeover time between them.
Line integration
Synchronisation with the filler and capper, conveyors, label presence check, rejection, date and batch coding.
Operating conditions
Operation in wet areas, washdown, hall temperature and humidity, number of shifts and required machine availability.
Shelf impact
360° coverage, no-label-look effect (transparent label that looks like direct print), tamper-evident seal, graphic exposure – in line with brand guidelines.
